What we collect
- Contact details (name, email, phone) you give us at checkout so we can confirm and ship your order.
- Delivery address so the courier can find you.
- VAT number (optional) for invoicing.
Card details are neverstored or seen by AddPay Shop — payment is handled on the gateway’s own hosted page (PayCloud E-commerce).
What we do with it
- Process and ship your order.
- Send transactional emails (confirmation, shipped, tracking link).
- Comply with tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email privacy@addpay.africa.
