How long does delivery take?

We currently ship within South Africa. Orders typically arrive in 2–4 working days from confirmation, and we email a tracking link the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Not yet — the shop is South Africa only for now. AddPay does operate across the continent, so if you need terminals in another market, email sales and we'll connect you to the right team.

Is activation included?

Yes. Every terminal ships pre-activated and ready to take payments. We'll email setup steps with your tracking link.

What's your returns policy?

30-day risk-free returns on every device. If it's not the right fit, send it back and we'll refund in full — no contracts, no restocking fee.

What if my terminal stops working?

Every device comes with a 12-month warranty. Email support@addpay.africa with your serial number and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
