30-day returns. 12-month warranty.
If a device isn't the right fit, send it back within 30 days and we'll refund in full. The 12-month warranty stands on top of that.
30-day returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If you change your mind, email support@addpay.africa with your order number and we’ll arrange collection.
- The device must come back in original condition with the original packaging. Light use is fine; damaged or modified hardware may attract a fair-wear deduction.
- Refunds land in the same payment method you used to pay, typically within 5 working days of us receiving the device back.
- No restocking fee. No contracts. No hidden conditions.
12-month warranty
Every device is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. If something fails inside that window, email support with your serial number and we’ll arrange replacement or repair at our option.
The warranty doesn’t cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumable parts (printer rolls, batteries past their cycle life).
Rentals
Rental devices stay AddPay’s property — return them whenever your rental agreement allows you to terminate. The rental agreement itself sets minimum terms and notice periods.
How to start a return
- Email support@addpay.africa with your order number (e.g.
ORD-2026-0042) and a quick reason — feedback helps us improve. - We email a return label or arrange courier pickup.
- Once we receive the device, the refund processes the same day.
