Buying on AddPay Shop.

Who you’re buying from
AddPay (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. The shop currently ships to South African addresses only — we’ll add other markets as we open them. AddPay’s wider operations cover the continent; for terminals outside South Africa today, contact sales.
Pricing
- Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
- A device price labelled “From R…” reflects our retail tier-1 once-off purchase rate. Volume pricing is available on request — talk to sales.
- Rental prices are monthly. Minimum terms apply; see your rental agreement.
Order acceptance
We confirm receipt of your order by email. We may decline or cancel orders if a product is genuinely out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent intent. In any of those cases, we refund in full.
Delivery, activation, warranty
Every device ships pre-activated and ready to take payments. Activation is free. Hardware comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty — replacement or repair at our option. Delivery times depend on destination; we email a tracking link when the order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
30-day risk-free returns on all hardware — see our returns policy.
Disputes
Disputes are governed by South African law and the courts of the Western Cape, unless otherwise agreed.
